No flash reader to ipad

I bough an Ipad 2.  I am happy to have it.
During I use it to read the contents of the attachment of
an internet marketing sells letter. Everthing goes fine
except there is no flash reader I can't view the video
attached.
Further,  Ipad does not accept  the free down load of flash
software.
I sincerely hope there is some alternative ways to improve
the said matter.
